Every processor we share data with, and why.
A plain list of the outside services FinOpsAid relies on to run the product — what each one sees, and why. This page is kept current as that list changes.

We rely on a small number of outside services to run FinOpsAid, listed below with the reason each one exists and what it is (and isn't) given access to. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the data these services touch.

| GitHub, Inc. | Data source | We connect to your organization or enterprise through a read-only FinOpsAid GitHub App to read Copilot, billing, Actions, repository, team and membership metadata. We never write back to GitHub, and we never read or store your source code. |
| Supabase | Database hosting | Your synced data warehouse — the versioned history the product is built on — is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase. |
| Razorpay Software Private Limited | Payment processing | Subscription payments, card/UPI handling, and GST computation for Indian customers are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your full card or bank details. |
| Google LLC — Google Analytics | Website analytics | Used only on our public marketing site (finopsaid.com), gated behind your cookie-consent choice. Not used inside the signed-in product. |
| Anthropic | Optional, customer-configured | If you provide your own Anthropic Admin/Enterprise API key in Settings, our servers use it solely to fetch your own Claude usage and cost data from Anthropic's API — for no other purpose. |
| Google Cloud / Microsoft Azure / Amazon Web Services | Optional, customer-configured | If you connect your own cloud billing credentials, we use them solely to read usage/cost data for Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, or Amazon Bedrock respectively — for no other purpose. |
| Email delivery provider (SMTP) | Transactional & account email | Account emails (e.g. your welcome email) and, for recipients who haven't opted out, outreach email are sent through our configured SMTP provider. |
| Microsoft Azure | Application hosting | Our application infrastructure runs on Microsoft Azure. |
What we don't do
- We don't sell data to any third party, including any listed above.
- We don't share one customer's data with another, outside of opt-in, aggregated, anonymized benchmarking.
- We don't grant a sub-processor more access than its stated purpose requires.

We add or change sub-processors only to add functionality or improve reliability, and we keep this page current — check back if you need to know what's changed.
